O.k. so I'm totally last minuet on this post. I'll be honest, I forgot about Cinco de Mayo until yesterday afternoon, but that doesn't mean I can't do a little bit of celebrating right?
I'm really not sure if I even have any Spanish background. I'll I know if my family LOVES Mexican food and we eat it quite often. For example, Christmas day your suppose to eat something like ham, or turkey. Well, not our family...we usually have tamallies homemade by a Spanish man who is a good family friend. Plus, green chili burritos made by my awesome Grandma!
I most certainly will be changing my previous dinner plans tonight,
so I can make something like this...

And If I am really feeling crazy I may even put together a table setting like this...
